We are pleased to announce the latest version of our product 506.ai platform. This update is the biggest one yet and brings exciting new features that further increase the flexibility and efficiency of the platform. Highlights include a new user interface, a new authorization concept and multi-client capability.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

New user interface<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n

The 506.ai platform has a brand new look with a completely redesigned user interface. Users can expect a completely new design that is both aesthetically pleasing and functionally optimized.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The left menu bar with the chats and templates has been redesigned to make this area even clearer. Another significant change is the central administration of template folders, chat folders and data stores, which can now be found directly under the profile icon. The settings and logout are also located here. These improvements ensure a more intuitive user experience and enable users to work more efficiently and productively.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

What’s more, there are also new color settings: the dark mode is finally here! In addition, users can also look forward to seasonal themes, such as our Halloween theme this week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

New permission concept<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n
\n

The new permission concept fundamentally changes the way shared folders and data stores can be used. While previously only admins could create shared folders and data stores, now normal users also have the option of creating shared folders and data stores and sharing them with specific users. This promotes collaboration and makes it much easier to exchange information within teams.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

It is now also possible to define multiple folder and datastore admins, which allows for more flexible and efficient administration. Despite these new permissions, the admin is still able to centrally manage all shared folders and datastores. This enhanced permissions concept provides more control and flexibility, further improving the user experience and efficiency of collaboration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Multi-tenancy<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n

Another new feature of the platform is multi-tenancy, which has been developed specifically for Enterprise customers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Multi-tenancy allows the operation of several organizations in a single platform instance. Companies can integrate their subcontractors into a platform instance, whereby the subcontractors cannot see each other. Prompt templates, roles, chats, users and data stores are not accessible to users of other organizations. This structure ensures a high level of security and a clear separation of data between the different clients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

We are currently working on a feature that will enable companies to orchestrate all clients and create cross-client folders and data stores that can be shared by all users of all clients. This feature will make it much easier to manage and collaborate across organizational units without compromising data security. Multi-tenancy is an important step towards optimizing business processes and increasing efficiency in large companies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
